The Bipolar Workbook takes you through many steps to improve the way you think and therefore improve your coping mechanisms. I am not sure what section I got this from (because I stopped doing the book in my last episode) but I feel ready to explore these words that I wrote on November 9th 2018. Some I have been able to think deeply on and feel I have resolution and the others are a work in progress. I might just post about them one by one in the coming days or weeks.
I wonder if you have lists similar to this – surely I’m not the only one…
